1.Collaborate easily to insure each Task timeline, issues, dependencies and risks are communicated across the team with real-time updates.
This software will allow EOW and our clients to share documents, timelines, and status updates so we know where each of the project tasks are at, how much is done, how much is left to be finished, etc. If anyone has questions, concerns, etc., they can easily get the answers they need without having to wait or go to another source.

2. Keep Better Schedules for the Consultant Team throughout the 2 Year Contract Term.
It can often be difficult to stay on a schedule when working enterprise wide projects, especially if there is no system in place to show what should be completed and when. Using our real-time interactive Gantt Chart will makes a difference.  Having this information at our fingertips will ensures that the EOW Project Team Consultants are able to get tasks completed and meet deadlines. They can see at a glance what needs to be done in any given project Task or Sub-Projects. 

3. Better Communication at weekly status meetings with client Project Managers.
Some of our competitors use outdated excel spreadsheet templates to attempt to keep track of weekly updates such as progress schedules, issues, risks and milestones.  EOW understands that this outdated process requires manual updates and allows for only very generic high-level information to be shared.  With our could-based project management system, not only will we be able to share and collaborate with our internal team, we are also able to do the same with clients with guest log-in access.

This system allows us to easily delegate tasks across all team members. It also make it easy for our project team Consultants to get answers to their questions by using the Web-Bases System or Mobile Phone App to review their assigned tasks under the “My Work” tab as well as reviewing the detail of each task deliverables and expectations. Each person will have a role within the system, and each will have access to the information that they need about who to contact with questions, concerns, suggestions, information, etc.
